Arbonne Lipsticks ❥❥ Love is in the Air


I was jumping up and down when I received these two Arbonne lipticks (Guava & Currant). Dream, the shade I owned for a while now, has been on my lips every day. Paired with my Buxom lipgloss in the color Katie, this combination have been my go-to look recently. It’s definetely a match made in heaven and during this Valentine’s Day week, it’s the perfect time to talk about dynamic duos, kissable lips and red coloured elements…!

Triple Chocolate Avocado Smoothie – Week 5 –


If you are looking for a filling, super chocolate & did I say FILLING smoothie ! 😜 You will love this recipe …


You will need these ingredients:

♥ 1 cup of chocolate almond milk. ( You can use cashew or coconut milk too )

♥ 1/2 frozen Banana.

♥ 1/2 Avocado. ( I use a frozen one, for a thicker version )

♥ 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla.

♥ 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds.

♥ 1 tablespoon of Lucuma or Mesquite powder

♥ pinch of salt.

♥ 1 tablespoon of Cacao.

♥ 2 tablespoon of sugar free Chocolate Syrup. ( I use DaVinci gourmet )

Coconut sugar to taste… ( I put 1 tablespoon )


Blend & Enjoy

Note : I make this one as a meal replacement or after a big workout !

Hot Chocolate with Coconut Whipped Cream!!!

I love Christmas and nothing feels more like the Holiday Season than a Hot Chocolate with Coconut Whipped Cream!!!  

So here is my easy homemade version:

1 1/2 cup of Almond, Coconut, Soy or Cashew milk

1 big tablespoon of Cacao

1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla

A pinch of Natural Flower Sea Salt (or regular)

1 tablespoon of sugar-free DaVinci gourmet syrup (I use the Madagascar Vanilla, Egg Nog or English Toffee flavor)

1 Candy Cane

AND … ♥ Coconut Whipped Cream 🙂

You just whisk together the cocoa, syrup, salt, and about 2 tablespoons of milk in a small saucepan* over medium-low heat until the cocoa is dissolve. Whisk in the rest of the milk and heat it over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until it is hot. Stir in the vanilla and serve with the Candy Cane.

If you like it frothy, you can blend it in the blender.

* You can definitely use the microwave too

Yessssss ! Coconut Whipped Cream… Did you know that you can make a luscious Whipped Cream from a can of Coconut Milk? Here’s how!

Open a can of refrigerated (overnight) Coconut Milk . There will be a firm, thick white layer of Coconut Cream on top.

Scoop out the Coconut Cream into a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer.  Stop scooping when you reach the water in the bottom of the can. Save this for your smoothies.

 Using a mixer or hand beaters on high speed whip the Coconut Cream for 3 to 5 minutes until it becomes fluffy and light, with soft peaks; than add the Maple Syrup and Vanilla.

Enjoy …

Note : Whipped Coconut Cream is best served immediately, but it can be stored in an air tight container for up to a week.

Healthy Dark Chocolate Avocado Cookies

So simple, healthier & yet so decadent!!!

You will need:

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 Avocado ( frozen or fresh )

1 Egg ( I use free range )

a dash of Salt

1/4 cup of Cacao Powder

1/2 cup of Coconut Sugar

3/4 cup of Almond Flour

1/4 cup of Coconut Oil

1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips ( or regular but vegan )

No fuss about it , just mix together with your mixer  the egg,  avocado, vanilla, coconut oil * ( put in the microwave for 30 sec to liquify ) , coconut sugar & the cacao powder ; you then add the rest of the ingredients & fold with a spatula just to incorporate and voilà !!!

Just put on a baking sheet cover with parchment paper & cook at 300 degree for 10 to 12 minutes …

Let it cool down and enjoy

This smoothie is the perfect breakfast on the go … so filling !!!

♥ 1 cup of baby spinach

♥ 1 cup of milk (coconut, soy,coconut or cashew)

♥ 1 scoop of vanilla protein vegan powder

♥ 2/3 cup of frozen cherries

♥ 1/2 a frozen banana

♥ 1/4 cup  of oatmeal

♥ 2 tablespoons of avocado

♥ 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar ( or to taste )

♥ 2 tablespoons of cacao nibs

I love smoothies /protein shakes so much that i decided to find the best recipes and post a new one once a week !!! This one i make almost every morning for my “on the go breakfast”  It’s that GOOD 🙂
